2.1. Definitions of privacy policy

This privacy policy regulates the practice of gathering the users’ data when using the Web page https://bbn.co.rs, as well as storage thereof in the database of our company BBN Congress Management d.o.o.Our privacy policy includes the reasons how and why we collect, use and protect your personal information.

We reserve the discretionary power of amending this Privacy policy at any time and making the altered text valid immediately after publishing it on the Web site.

By continuing to use the Web site after the made amendments, it is assumed that you accept all the terms of the altered Privacy policy. We therefore advise our users to periodically read again the information included in the Privacy policy, in order to be informed on any possible changes.

2.2. The method of collecting and using data

BBN Congress Management does not collect nor store data pertaining to users and transactions in special databases.BBN Congress Management only gets a copy of an e-mail message– the same e-mail message as the one which is sent to the actual user who has made a successful payment. The e-mail message includes data on: the account number, user’s name and surname, user’s e-mail address, card owner, incomplete number of the owner’s card (first 6 digits and last 4), card expiry date, transaction identification number and date of performed transaction.

2.3. Cookies

A cookie is information stored on your computer when you visit the Internet site. Cookies generally store your settings, applications for the website, such as the preferred language or address. Later, when you open the same Internet page, your browser sends back the cookies that belong to that page. This allows the page to recognise you and display the information adapted to your needs. If you do not wish our Web site to have access to your cookies, you can block them. Most web browsers enable blocking of cookies. You can do that by setting your web browser.

3. General terms for providing services

Sale of services through our site is done within the registered activity of the company BBN Congress Management d.o.o., 9 Deligradska Street, 11000 Belgrade, PIN 20507381.

The selling price of services has been designated, and there is a possibility of special offers for shopping or special sale incentives which, if not displayed on the web site, may be realised through direct contact with BBN Congress Management d.o.o.

We endeavour to be as precise as possible when describing our services and actual prices, but we cannot guarantee that all information is completeand flawless. It is not assumed that all services displayed on the web site are accessible at any time.  

4. Delivery policy

After ordering the service, you will be notified on the status of your orderby e-mail which you stated during the ordering process. The order shall be accepted by the company BBN Congress Management d.o.o. only after we have sent by e-mail the certificate on the acceptance thereof.

5. Payment policy

5.1. Methods of payment

Payment for products in our internet shop is possible in one of the following ways: by payment cards – VISA, Maestro or MasterCard which support online payment. Payment card payments have been realised in cooperation with AllSecure doo and UniCredit Bank Belgrade and are secure and certified through the AllSecure Payment Gateway, by simple entry of data from the payment card.

After the data pertaining to the card have been entered and payment certified, the bank authorises the transaction and with this the order is approved in order to start the following process of preparations for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for any other purposes.

The transaction will be completed and the amount withdrawn from your account after the requested service has been recorded by BBN Congress Management d.o.o. In case the payment has not not been completed, and the amount has not been withdrawn respectively from the account until the expiry of the transaction deadline of the buyers bank, the order form will be cancelled and deleted. After the expiry of a given deadline, the money reserved on your account will be released and will again be accessible for you. After that you may repeat the same order or apply for a new one and make payments related thereto.

Check with your bank which has issued the card whether it supports online payments.

5.2. Data protection when paying by payment cards

At the time of entry of data pertaining to the payment card, privileged information is transferred through the public network in a protected (encrypted) form by using the SSL protocol, by applying the state of the art methods of tokenization of sensitive data, and in accordance with the PCI-DSS standards. Data security is guaranteed by the payment cards processor UniCredit Bank Belgrade when shopping. Data on the payment card shall not for a moment be accessible to the merchant.

3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers – AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the top global standards of data protection and privacy. All merchants using AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, which guarantees secure buying for the customers. The customers’ payment card numbers are not stored in the merchant’s system and the actual entry is protected by SSL data encryption.

PCI DSS Standards – AllSecure Payment Gateway continuously complies with all the requests of the card organisations for the purpose of raising the security level of merchants and customers. Since 2005 to this day, the system has been certified without interruptions as PCI-DSS Level 1, which is the highest standard in industry. PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a norm defining indispensable security measures in processing, storage and transmission of sensitive card data. PCI Standards protect sensitive data on the card user throughout the payment process: from the moment of data entry at the merchant’s point of sale, during the communication between the merchant and relevant banks and payment card organisations, as well as later storage of such data.

5.3. Registration of payment methods

When data on the customer’s card are TOKENIZED (stored in a certified manner for later use), at the request thereof or by decision of the merchant, such data are stored by certified servers at the AllSecure PCI-DSS level 1. Such tokenized card data are transferred in a completely secure and certified manner. The merchant has absolutely no possible access to the data in terms of the card number and other sensitive data, but acquires a referent number (token) to be used only by him in accordance with the terms agreed with the customer. The customer has a possibility to deregister the previously registeredcard, and alter the details of the previously tokenized card.

5.4. Recovery of funds

In the case of returning the funds to the customer, which were previously paid by means of some payment card, partially or altogether, and regardless of the reason of return, such recovery is done exclusively through the same VISA, Maestro or MasterCard used for payment. This means that our bank will carry out, upon our request,the return of funds to the card user’s account.

6. Complaints policy

6.1. Complaints procedure

Products sold through our web site are subject to all legally required prerequisites and limitations. If there should be any need for complaints, we will fulfill all legally definedliabilities of the seller. The Company BBN Congress Management d.o.o. shall not take any responsibility for any errors made by the customers, services bought by mistake or any other wrong actions referring to your procedures when shopping online. If you should find any kind of operating malpractice when shopping online, please contact BBN Congress Management by e-mail and we will do our best to eliminate such forms of malpractice.

6.2. Right to recovery of funds

In case of dissolving a contract, the customer has a right to recover the money.The amount shall be returned to the customer according to the terms of individual services.

7. Guidelines for shopping

After the buyer has downloaded the registration form of a desired event from the web site www.bbn.co.rs, or has received the same via E-mail, it is necessary to enter all required details within and send the form to bbn@bbn.co.rs. After BBN receives the form it will issue an invoice and send it to a buyer together with a link for the online payment. Buyer fills in all data required within the online form and makes a payment. After receiving the payment, BBN will send a confirmation note to a buyer.

 

“Please note that all payments will be effected in the Serbian currency – dinar (RSD).If the payment is done using foreign issuers payment cards, total amount of transaction will be converted into bank settlement currency, according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank.Once when transaction is settled the already converted amount will be converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.”
