In accordance with the agreement made with a client, event organization process includes:

  • organizing the candidacy procedure for international events

  • creating event organization timeline
  • total graphic design of all event electronic and printed materials and web presentations
  • event marketing program related activities (creating sponsorship packages and animating potential sponsors, organization and installation of the exhibition area)
  • promotional and PR activities (advertising, press conferences, specialized radio and TV shows, web site and press service, the accreditation and servicing of journalists)
  • opening ceremony (protocol, scenario and artistic program), social and cultural program (cocktails, lunches, gala dinners)
  • highly qualified staff
  • the latest technical equipment
  • procurement of promotional materials (bags, pens, souvenirs, gifts, etc.)
  • decoration (posters, panels, billboards, flower arrangements, information boards, signposts, etc.)
  • touristic programs: accommodation, transport, excursions, cultural and social events (welcome reception, banquet and service for VIP guests), study tours, program for accompanying persons
